And use babel to strip types and generate .d.ts files

Instead of making the validation process async, and hence, slower, validate-me already have a tool for this problem. We can use form.process to asyncly rehidrate an input about, e.g. a unique constraint.

For rules that are only for text or numbers. Add dev-only warnings about using rules that aren't valid.
